Led by Dr. Dwight Thibodeaux and Dr. Paul Tachau, Accent Vision Specialists is one of the largest and most comprehensive eye care centers in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and the only practice in northern New Mexico offering intense pulsed light (IPL) for the treatment of dry eye.

Established in 1997, the team of experienced optometric physicians are joined by a competent and caring staff who are focused on providing comprehensive eye care services.

The 6,500-sq-foot facility offers full-scope optical, medical and minor surgical services provided in their dedicated surgical suite. 

Accent Vision Specialists is one of only a few eye care practices with diagnostic instrumentation for the management of glaucoma and retinal disease, including

measurement and contour scanning of the optic nerve, retinal tomography, and wide field laser digital imaging technology. Additional services include dry eye therapy, low-vision treatment, emergency eye care, specialty contact lenses for keratoconus and designer eyewear.

For patient convenience, Accent Vision Specialists offers a complete optical dispensary with designer frame and sunglass lines, including Oakley®, Maui Jim®, Ray-Ban®, Coach®, Prada, and Versace. An in-house lab, same-day service, and certified opticians are all available on-site to complete the package of complete services.
